Class of 2019 Graduates

On Wednesday, May 22, the class of 2019 made their way across the Straz Center stage to say their final goodbyes to AHN. Salutatorians Sydney Lowman (’19) and Katherine Taulbee (’19) along with valedictorian Lauren Dingle (’19) spoke on behalf of their graduating class.
"The flower girls are always my favorite part. However, my favorite favorite favorite part of graduation is what happens after. We [faculty] line the hallways right outside of the stage door and give the seniors one final clap out. It is a really sweet movement; all of the people who have impacted the senior and got them to this very moment, saying goodbye one last time," says English teacher Dr. Lauren Oetinger.
