Academy Goes to Prom 2019

On Saturday, Mar. 30, Academy hosted its annual junior/senior prom at the Italian Club in Ybor City. This year’s prom theme consisted of “La Bella e Vita,” meaning “Life is Beautiful” in Italian, and took place from 6:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m.
The dance was planned, as it has been for many years now, by a prom committee of juniors who are headed by the junior/senior counselor, Emily Pantelis. This committee worked tirelessly for months planning this event in an effort to make the night as perfect as possible. This year’s committee consisted of Juniors Rachel Brown, Mei Lamison, Olivia Perez, Haven Todd, Maya Harrell, Victoria Fuentes, Kasey Brennan, and Kathia Guzman.
