Every year, the Achona staff votes on their favorite outfits from the Junior Ring Ceremony, an annual Academy tradition. While this event marks the induction of the Junior class into the Academy sisterhood, it is also an opportunity for them to showcase their individual styles within the outfit they choose. Staff members choose girls who they think had the most memorable outfits and placed them into categories. These categories include Best Overall, Best Shoes, Most Bold Color, Best Hair, Best Makeup, Most Unique, Best Floral, the Francis Kratz, and Honorable Mentions.
