October 18, 2016
Your morning prepares you for your new day, which could be packed with new starts, and fun adventures. One should start their daily adventure off with a positive outlook, and should look forward to new opportunities the day can offer. With that being said, here are 15 tips and tricks to help you start off the right way so you can seize the day:
1) Ensure that you get good quality sleep, and sleep in a comfortable environment. If you like sleeping in the same spot on your bed every night with one specific pillow, then do it. It sets a pattern, and waking up where you want to be can help you to start your day off oriented.

2) Turn on your lights one at a time, and avoid blue lights, such as your phone and laptop. Do this when you are waking up, as well as when you are falling asleep, because it damages your eyesight, and causes your brain to function very quickly.
