It’s that time of year to begin gathering all the loose change in your pocket, car and backpack. Student Council is sponsoring its annual Reindeer Raffle to raise money for Academy’s Christmas Formal, which will take place at MOSI on December 19, 2012.

This year, Council members stopped in several businesses in Tampa to ask for donations of gift cards, special items, or coupons. The result? An endless amount of possible prizes for AHN students and faculty.

Boxes covered with different designs of Christmas wrapping paper are currently set up in the foyer for the students to place their tickets. Each raffle ticket costs 25 cents, or a student may purchase five for one dollar.

From prizes such as a Tijuana Flatt’s gift card, free haircuts, and Vera Bradley tote bags, AHN girls are sure to find one that sparks their interest.

The Reindeer Raffle will be held on Wednesday, December 12, during lunch in the courtyard. Be sure to stop by and check if you are one of the grand prize winners. Good luck and may the odds be ever in your favor!
