Senior Staff Writer Olivia Martinez’s grandfather, Jose Martinez Beiro, was a fisherman and sailor for most of his life who traveled all over the world and had many incredible, funny, and odd experiences. She decided to record him telling some of his favorite stories because they are intriguing. In this video, he talks about how he got one of his jobs and the officer who was in charge of him.
