As the school year rapidly comes to a close, Academy students will receive a list of required summer reading. However, many will add to this list books to read just for the pure enjoyment of a good summer read.
Mrs. Emily Swiger, Director of Media Center Services, has recently ordered books that might be worth your time. Whether you’re plannning on cruising through the Mediterranean, or lying out by the pool , you will find the Media Center offers an extensive list of new books that would make for many idealsummer reading options.
Since the Hunger Games have recently become popular, especially with the recent movie release, many students are intserested in reading the trilogy. However, the content of these books may not be sutable for the children interested in the lower school.
