The pair first met in 1998 while working together on Fox’s hit sit-com That ‘70’s Show. Kunis played the rich, self-centered cheerleader, Jackie Burkhart, and Kutcher played idiotic pretty-boy Michael Kelso. Kunis, who was just fourteen at the time the show began, revealed that Kutcher was her first kiss. However, according to several people who worked on the show the pair reportedly could not stand each other at the time. The two also both had their share of romantic relationships during the show’s run. Mila Kunis dated former child-star Macaulay Culkin from 2002 to 2010, but the relationship was kept low-profile. Meanwhile, Aston Kutcher had several high profile relationships that occurred during the show’s run, including his romance with January Jones that lasted from 1998-2001 and his nine-month relationship with actress Ashley Scott in 2002. Filming for That ‘70s Show ended in 2006 and Kunis and Kutcher went their separate ways.

In the years leading up to their relationship they were able to both build successful careers and stay in the media’s attention. Mila Kunis starred in several hit movies such as Forgetting Sarah Marshall and Friends with Benefits, and earned her first Golden Globe nomination for her performance in Black Swan.
