On your mark….get set… GO! Track and Field season will be underway again at Academy with their first meet next Saturday, February 16.
Every year at the beginning of the season, Academy’s track team competes against each other at their intersquad Blue and White meet. Based on previous time trials, the teams will be broken up into groups of blue and white, in which they will compete for the highest scores in sprints, throwing, jumping, and distance events.
Held annually at Jesuit High school, this meet will start at 9:00 am and continue throughout the day. This year’s team expressed their enthusiasm at a recent practice. “Come out and show your support for your friends on the AHN track team!”
