Academy congratulates the 2013-2014 National Hispanic Scholars
On September 27, Academy congratulated Mariah Diaz, Emily Rodriguez, Angela Robbins, and Carly Stagg for recieving recognition as National Hispanic Scholars.
The National Hispanic Recognition Program was initiated in 1983 to identify outstanding Hispanic/Latino high school students. This year, the NHRP is recognizing about 5,300 Hispanic/Latino students selected from a pool of over 259,000 who took the 2012 PSAT/NMSQT/PAA. Students recognized by the NHRP are at least one-quarter Hispanic/Latino and have acheieved minimum PSAT/NMSQT score for their region.
