Students Reflect on Graduation and Life After AHN at Senior Retreat (VIDEO)

On Friday, Mar. 11, seniors boarded buses at 8:00 a.m. and embarked on the hour drive to Day Spring Retreat Center for their second, and last, senior retreat this year. The theme was “Gratitude for our Past, Joy in our Present, Hope in our Future” — in order to help students not only reflect on their time at the Academy, but prepare for what lies ahead: college. There was a total of four sessions — an introduction to the concept of R.A.F.T (Reconcile, Affirm, Farewell, Think), followed by activities and talks about reconciling, affirming, saying farewell, and thinking.
