The change of seasons brings many things to be excited about. In the opinion of many Academy girls, the best things about fall are the food, the new styles, and the many exciting events.

FOOD

Starbuck’s Pumpkin Spice Latte- The air has finally cooled down enough to enjoy this warm and delicious drink!

Pies- According to Senior Bridget Davis, “There’s nothing better than warm apple pie and a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the fall!”

Candy Corn- Everyone’s favorite fall candy!

EVENTS 

Football games-In the opinion of many AHN Freshmen, Jesuit Football games are the highlight of their week and the best way to meet Jesuit boys.

Homecoming– The first dance of the year brings lots of excitement as girls scramble to find the perfect dress and of course, the perfect date.

Halloween– In the opinion of Senior Mariah Diaz, “The best fall holiday is Halloween because you get free candy and get to dress up in cute costumes!”

Thanksgiving- Not only do we get a week off from school to spend time with family, but it is also a great excuse to eat as much as you want.

FASHION

Scarves- They are the best way to stay warm and cozy during outdoor events!

Leggings- Leggings are cute and comfy, giving you a great excuse to not shave your legs.

Sweaters- Senior Priscilla Vasquez believes that, “Sweaters are a fall must-have because of their versatility and functionality!”
