Friday, February 19, seniors Hadley Chillura, Natalie Cevallos, Mollie Johnson, and Avery Dierks participated in Artist in Action; an art show for local high school students in order to raise money for Community foundation of Tampa which helps to develop art programs in local high schools and elementary schools. The event was a huge success, raising over $45,000!
Senior Hadley Chillura and Senior at Plant High School, Matt Cannella, helped to make this whole event possible. It took place at the Anderson- Frank in Hyde Park; it began at 7 and ended at 11 pm. The night consisted of beautiful art from local high school students, both on the canvas as well as vocally. Both Hadley and Matt are thankful to everyone that came and helped the first annual Artist in Action a success.
A big congrats to all of the local high school students that participated in this awesome event; especially our Academy sisters!!
