Academy students show their gratitude this Thanksgiving

The essence of Thanksgiving lies in the practice of acknowledging and appreciating the good things in life, whether they be family, friends, health, or the abundance of food. It’s a time for people to come together, share a meal, and reflect on the things they are grateful for. Gratitude is a sense of happiness and thankfulness in response to a fortunate happenstance or tangible gift. Gratitude helps people refocus on what they have instead of what they lack. Practicing gratitude is a powerful tool that can enhance various aspects of your life, from mental and physical health to relationships and overall happiness.
