People wake up early in the morning for several different reasons, but the most common reason is to work out. 2. You will feel more energized. Working out in the morning will boost your energy and keep you up and awake throughout the day.
  3. You will want to be eat healthy throughout the day. Starting your day off healthy will encourage and motivate you to make better food choices.
  4. A great way to boost your metabolism! Studies show that you are more likely to burn more calories when you workout in the morning as opposed to the afternoon.
  5. Bragging rights!! You get to go straight home after school while your friends complain about having to go to the gym.
  6. Boosts your mood. After getting your exercise done in the morning, you go throughout the rest of the day feeling accomplished and good about yourself.
