Ready to celebrate the end of finals and the beginning of the Christmas holidays, a record number of over 400 Academy students and their dates turned out to jump and chant (literally) at Student Council’s smash-success Christmas Formal. The Council this year selected the Bayanihan Arts and Events Center in North Tampa as the setting for the dance.
The highpoint of the evening was the announcement of the Holly Court princesses and queen. Receiving rousing applause were the following honorees: Queen Tori Foody, senior princesses Camilla Golson and Reena Martinez, junior princesses Arlyn Barlaan and Cenelia Hoyas, sophomore princesses Katherine Hobson and Victoria Martinez, and freshman princesses Konner Brewer and Kelli Cartwright.
