1.5 Billion Dollar Powerball Creates Frenzy Across America

This year on January 13, 2016, Powerball winners were three lucky people from Tennessee, Florida and California. The small-town Tennessee couple overcame odds of one in 292 million to win a portion of the record high $1.6 billion Powerball jackpot. Since there were two other winners they all had to split the money so on average each family got 500 million dollars.

The chances of ever winning are slim, but one can’t help but imagine: what should you do if you win the lottery?

Once you have one the powerball there are some steps you should follow. Although you are going to be so excited, and want to rush to get your cash, you have to make sure you have done the following :

Recently, a 19 year old male from Florida won 2 million dollars in his first time playing Powerball using the numbers off someone else’s unpurchased Power ticket.
