B-ball Team to challenge TC for 4A Region Semi-Finals on February 14

The Academy Basketball Team continues to live up to this year’s catch phrase “Expect the unexpected” in its 39-25 win over Avon Park in Region Quarter-Finals on Thursday, February 9. The team advances to 4A Region Semi-Finals at Tampa Catholic on Tuesday, February 14.
The girls will face off against Tampa Catholic at 7 pm. Despite disappointments and injuries, the team is strong and ready for a highly competitive game against their long-standing district rival.
Already AHN fans are planning to share Valentine’s Day with the b-ball girls who have given their hearts to a successful team record this year.
