Maleah Fraga is a senior at Academy, and a first-year journalist for Achona. Maleah’s strongest subject is math, as she has very fond memories of her sophomore geometry class. Maleah spends her days after school participating in Young Women for Freedom and Best Buddies, both of which are fan favorite clubs at Academy, and also frequently volunteers at The Humane Society. Maleah thoroughly enjoys expressing her thoughts on pop culture, and loves informing her classmates about what’s currently happening in the entertainment industry. As a senior, Maleah is especially excited about Christmas Formal, graduation, and going to Senior Scav with her friends. During her free time, Maleah enjoys going out with her friends, going to the beach, and breakfast excursions at First Watch. Maleah also spends quality time with her brothers, as she is the only girl in her entire family. Maleah hopes to attend Florida State University next fall, and aspires to become a veterinarian in the future. This year, Maleah plans on making the most of her last year at home, and spending a lot of time with the most important people in her life, her friends.
