It can be hard to find a job as a highschool student. Here are some job opportunities and benefits for minors who are seeking part time jobs.

 

  • 717/ Waitress– Something so special about being a waitress or hostess is the many people you meet and interact with. It can help you develop communication and multitasking skills. Another benefit is the flexible hours that can be beneficial when having after school extracurricular activities. 

 

  1. Camp – One of the many benefits of working at camp is the free membership that comes with it. Originally, to workout at camp is $200 a month which can be pretty expensive for a highschool student which becomes free when you work there. Another positive thing about camp is the staff members, as all the staff members are young which can be nice as a teenager looking for a job.

 

  1. Clean juice– One of the many benefits of working at Clean Juice is the flexible hours. There after school hours consist of 3:30pm to 8:00pm. Being able to log many hours while still getting home at a reasonable time.
