Snowmen in Florida? Bring them to life in your kitchen!

Melted Snowman Cookies will be a favorite with all ages and take a few more minutes to make than your normal cookies. The ingredients are bound to be in your kitchen, although you may need to buy a bag of marshmallows before you start.
Ask a friend over or share with your younger brother or sister the fun of decorating these basic sugar cookies.
Materials:
- Large marshmallows
- White icing
- Icing colors, orange, black, and any other colors of your choice
- Decorative topping such as M&Ms and chocolate chips
- Sugar cookie mix (and the ingredients the recipe requires)
Step 1: Preheat the oven according to the cookie mix directions.
Step 2: Begin following the cookie mix instruction, mixing all the ingredients in a bowl.
Step 3: Make sure the batter becomes a dough-like consistency.
Step 4: Prepare a greased cookie sheet.
Step 5: Use a scooper to collect dough for even-sized cookies and place them on the cookie sheet.
Step 6: Flatten the dough scoops.
Step 7: Place the cookies in the oven and let them cook according to the recipe.
Step 8: Take cookies out once they are golden and let them cool.
Step 9: Once cookies have cooled, cover them with white icing.
Step 10: Place marshmallows on a plate and microwave for about 30 seconds.
Step 11: Take the warm marshmallows and place one on each iced cookie.
Step 12: Decorate the cookies, using orange for the nose, black for arms, and other topping for buttons or scarves.
Step 13: Enjoy the cookies!
