Papers and PowerPoints that once held meaning
Crumble and fall, seeming demeaning
I can stay in bed all day, I can be quiet in Mass
But I’ve never felt so trapped as I do in class
I used to love school supplies, binders and pens
But I’ll be selling all school things as soon as school ends
Doing my homework and studying all night
Just don’t seem as important with college in sight
