Senior Night is a high school tradition that honors senior student athletes in their final season, celebrating their achievements. For Jesuit cheerleaders, they got to walk the field with their family members and shake the coaches hand. It was also a night for reflection especially as the football team took a victory and the Head Coach’s impressive 133rd win.

Annabelle Bennette (26’) said “I’m so excited that I got to have a senior night. It meant a lot for me and my family since my older sister was also a Jesuit cheerleader four years ago and now it’s me.”

After the celebration, the cheerleaders brought their spirit to the sidelines, cheering loud and proud as Jesuit’s football team took home the win. It was the perfect ending to a memorable night for the seniors and their families.

The event celebrated not only the seniors’ accomplishments but also the strong bonds they’ve built throughout the years. From after school practices to game nights under the lights, the team has shared countless memories.

The senior captains Stella Jacolow, Gabby Infante, and Josie O’brien led the team with enthusiasm, keeping energy high from the sidelines and making every moment last.

Gabby Infante (26’) said, “This team is so much fun and I’m so grateful that I am able to be a captain. I love hyping up my team and showing them all the love.”

The younger cheerleaders showed their appreciation and support, making the seniors feel truly special as they closed this chapter of their cheer journey. Some seniors that normally don’t fly got to be a flyer in a stunt group, leading to exciting nerves and adrenaline rushes.

Mikalyla Mangan (26’) said, “I really enjoyed my night. I appreciated being able to walk down the field with my parents and I can’t believe I’m almost done.”
