On Wednesday November 12, 2025 five talented athletes came together to formally sign and share with the academy community, their hallmark accomplishment of committing to athletics for college.

Gabriela Cossi is signing to Villanova University in Villanova, Pennsylvania. After four years on the rowing team, Cossi is continuing the sport at a Division I level.

Domenica DeMayo, signing to Iona University in New Rochelle, New York, is committing to Division I rowing. Starting her rowing career in the spring season of her freshman year, DeMayo has worked hard to achieve this commitment. 

Maddie Fox is formally committing to Presbyterian College in Clinton, South Carolina. After four years on the AHN golf team, Fox is continuing the sport at a Division I level.

Maddy Hughes is signing to Catholic University of America in Washington D.C., Maryland. The sport of lacrosse has always been a big part of her life and she will pursue this passion at a Division III level.

Sasha Paloma signed with Stetson University, located in DeLand, Florida. Sasha has a strong passion for coxing and is excited to continue her hard work through her D I commitment.

Although she didn’t engage in the signing day ceremony, Sydney Thaxton has signed to Sewanee: University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee. After a lifetime of playing volleyball, this commitment is one that Thaxton has worked hard for.
