A few people had said they loved Bad Bunny’s speech. Luci Ospina (‘26) said, “My favorite part was when Bad Bunny spoke about love. I loved the part when he said love over hate, and that we are not animals. It was meaningful.”

Similarly, Domenica Demayo (‘26) said, “ I loved that everyone was speaking against ICE. Love beats hate always.”

Adding on to that idea, Penelope Bunch (‘29) said, “My favorite part was Bad Bunny’s speech. I liked how heartfelt and genuine it was. He wasn’t just reciting words to get more fans and love. I also loved the meaning behind it, how you can’t fight hatred with more hatred but instead with love because love is more powerful.”

But in terms of his award, Asada Mclaughlin (‘27) said, “I loved it when he got his award. He was so cute when receiving it, so that was my favorite part.”

Even Justin Bieber was a favorite, despite the fact that he was singing in a pair of gym shorts, shirtless. Junior Mariana Llano said, “My favorite part was Justin Bieber because of the fashion; his singing was also really good.”

Bruno Mars and Rosé were also the talk of the show when they did their opening performance of their song, “APT.” Sienna Delagado (‘28) said, “I only watched a little, but my favorite part was Rosé and Bruno Mars’ opening performance.”

Valeria Fernandez (‘28) shared her general favorites of the night. “My favorite part of the Grammys has to be the performances, both during the actual Grammys and pre-show as well. My favorites were Zara Larsson, Justin Bieber, and Sabrina Carpenter. All of them were different and unique to their own brand, but it was so cool to see how they each showcased their talents and amazing voices,” she said.
