Achona Tasty: Spinach Lasagna
You will never see Lasagna the same again
Lasagna is the most popular dish made on Fridays during lent to keep away from meat.
Over mini-course week, the seniors in the Dominican Republic made a lasagna that more than satisfied the sanctuary. Science teacher and DR Mission Trip Moderator, Rebeca Zambrano, claims she has never seen the sisters go back for seconds, but this lasagna sent them back to the serving table for more. This dish is perfect for lent because there is no meat, but there is no taste or enjoyment lost.
