The Academy Swim and Dive team are officially back-to-back state champions with a dominating performance over rival Gulliver Prep. The teams performance included six All-American swims and seven new school records.

Senior Lara Lontoc ushers future swimmers of the Academy to, Just remember it. When I went into Freshman year I wanted to make sure I would remember it for my Senior year so I could look back and think about these four years Ive been on this team. Its been four of the best years of my life. Im so happy. You have to cherish it because there is nothing else like this that theyll ever have.
