Summer’s here, and that means it’s time for some fun in the sun for Academy students and friends.
Don’t have any big vacation plans? Then you know very well from experience that if you’re not careful, you could end up spending the next few months sleeping till noon and wasting the days away.
Treat yourself a little better than that this time around. Whenever you’re feeling bored, come back to this list and pick something fun to do.
Make it your best summer yet with some of the great places below for you to check out around the Bay Area:
Clearwater Beach: Enjoy the nightly “Sunsets at Pier 60” Festival where sunsets, music, magic and fun create lasting memories.
Busch Gardens: Spend a fun day here riding rides, catching shows, and exploring and feeding animals.
Bayshore Boulevard: Enjoy energy boosting jogs in the morning or nice walks at sunset as a fun way to get active and enjoy the outdoors
Curtis Hixon P ark: Have a creative picnic downtown, or bring your dog to play frisbee in this beautiful park across from the University of Tampa on the Hillsborough River
