Danica Lothrop is a senior and first-year staffer on Achona. She is greatly involved in the Academy community as she does Jesuit Cheerleading and is a part of Animals in Action, Gold Star and Young Women for Freedom clubs. Even though she is very busy at school, she spends her free time doing competitive figure skating  alongside Achona’s Managing Editor, Brooke Fetchel. She is excited to graduate this year, and she spends her time listening to one of her favorite artists, Zach Bryan. She also enjoys eating at Bar Taco and Chipotle. If she isn’t at one of those restaurants, you can often find her shopping at International Mall, especially at Aerie, Altar'd State, Sephora, and Free People. Danica has lived in seven different states and is also half-Canadian, and she often goes to stay in her cabin in Canada over the summer. While she does figure skate, Danica has also done many other sports, such as gymnastics for ten years, and she was even on Team USA for BMX Biking!
