Kathleen Thomas, Junior Staff Writer
Kathleen Thomas is an Academy of the Holy Names junior, first year journalist, and Junior Staff Writer for Achona. When Thomas isn’t using her computer to write articles, she frequents websites such as Revolve, Amazon, and Youtube. In addition to her love for writing, Thomas excels in engineering, and hopes to pursue a career in this at Sewannee University in Tennessee. Sewanee appeals to Thomas because she has a uniquely southern outlook on life that she prides herself on. After a long day of writing and engineering at school, she can be found on the lacrosse fields or practicing music: She takes voice lessons, teaches herself piano, and loves all things music related. She loves that, just like our very own Achona editors, music can tell a story unique to its artist. For the upcoming school year, Thomas looks forward to iconic Academy traditions such as Junior Ring and is excited to see what this year in Achona holds for her as a writer.
