Jaclyn McCauley, Senior Staff Writer
Jaclyn McCauley is a first-year senior staff writer for Achona. She plans on utilizing her creativity to cultivate new and interesting stories. You can often find Jaclyn taking Buzzfeed quizzes and switching between thousands of tabs to get to Youtube. When she is not watching David Dobrik or Emma Chamberlain, she is in voice or piano lessons four days a week. In addition to the time she spends watching Youtube, she also likes to make playlists on Spotify that include her favorite song, “Umbrella” by Rihanna. While being obsessed with “Umbrella,” Jaclyn is also captivated with her all time favorite actor, Tom Holland, as seen on Jaclyn’s macbook stickers. From a more academic standpoint, Jaclyn’s favorite subject is History. In the future, she aspires to be a history teacher for either middle or high school students. She is also involved in Academy’s Spanish and Best Buddies club and enjoys giving her time to others. This is evident through the numerous service hours Jaclyn has spent at her local church, helping with organizing dinners and working at the gift shop.
