Sarahgrace Jaffe, Sophomore Staff Writer
Sarah Grace Jaffe is a sophomore, a first-year journalist, and a staff writer for the Academy newspaper, Achona. Jaffe is also a member of both Medical Explorers and Ambassadors. Despite the burden of juggling both academics and adolescence, Jaffe is excited to receive her driver’s license this spring and enjoy the comforts of her new home having recently moved from Odessa. Jaffe can be found either teaching or attending cheer practice at Cheer Express as well as walking her mini schnauzers, Sammie and Winston. During her free time (as limited as it may be), she enjoys watching Netflix, snacking on Goldfish, surfing the Tory Burch Website, and sleeping; preferably in that order. Though the complexity of the course has heightened, Jaffe’s favorite class is math. In addition to her usual math homework, Jaffe typically persuses the website Coolmath which offers a variety brain-teasing math games for students to use as additionally practice. Or in Jaffe’s case, a chance to relax and have some fun.
