Hannah Smallwood, Senior Staff Writer

Hannah Smallwood is a current senior and first time staff member of Achona. Smallwood is passionate about all sports, especially volleyball, which is her favorite journalism topic. She is an active member and captain of the AHN volleyball team, and is most looking forward to playing the TC Crusaders at the 2018 Spike and Splash. Besides being on the court, Smallwood can be found at the beach soaking up the sun, with hopes of getting a golden tan. To her surprise, Forensics is her favorite subject; this sparked her desire to have an occupation behind the scenes in the FBI. Smallwood is involved in AHN’s Golden Girls as a 2018-19 co-secretary. She shows off her uniqueness by being left-handed, but in everything besides writing she uses her right as dominant.
