Brooke Fechtel, Sophomore Staff Writer
Brooke Fechtel is a AHN Sophomore, a first-year Achona Staff Writer, with many dreams and aspirations. With any spare time Brooke is given, she enjoys shopping at Glossier (usually for skin care), Lululemon, figure skating and playing the viola. Figure skating can tire Brooke out, so it’s important for her to re energize herself, which is through food! Brooke really enjoys eating at Chick-Fil-A (usually she orders an eight-piece chicken nugget meal). Between the two, Brooke says her passion is really more leaning towards figure skating as this helps her stay moving and active, while letting go of any stress built up from her school life. While in school, Brooke is preparing to run the Latin Tutoring Program, combined with much homework and classwork. From the mounds of homework and extracurricular activities, Brooke finds her Chemistry class to be very interesting; seeing the different elements and their chemical reactions really intrigues her. Along with Chemistry, Brooke is very excited to begin writing stories for her school newspaper, the Achona. Just the opportunity to speak on behalf of Achona gets Brooke thrilled. After graduating from AHN, Brooke looks forward to possibly attending an international college. For now, Brooke is uncertain of what she wants to do for her future career, but she is certain she will achieve great things.
