Sam Vargas, News Editor
Sam Vargas, a major contributor to the Golden Veins section of Achona as a student in Creative Writing in Fall 2012, joined the Honors Journalism Class in January 2013. Combining her creative talents with her love of writing, Sam is an important part of innovative journalism. Sam attended the Poynter evening mini-workshop on January 17 and will attend the 2013 CSPA Convention at Columbia on March 20-22.
