Casey Martin, Senior Staff Writer
Casey Martin is a senior at AHN, a first-year-journalist, and a Senior Staff Writer for Achona. She was born in Clearwater, and moved to Tampa with her family when she was two. When she’s not doing work for her four APs, you can find her working out with her brother, volunteering at Christ the King’s youth ministry, or longboarding. Martin is excited to finally be a senior, and go through the process of applying to college. She has a very expansive taste in music, including artists such as Tame Impala, The Script, and Young Thug. Martin has what she calls a “Harry Potter scar” on her forehead when she fell off her grandmother’s bed at age three. Casey hopes to attend the University of Florida and study business, something she has been interested since a little girl. She is excited to join the Achona staff due to her love of language.
