Julia Prince, Senior Staff Writer
Julia Marie Prince is an Academy Senior, and a new staff writer for Achona. For her first year on the team, Julia is bringing styles of fashion and humor into Achona articles. When on her laptop, Buzzfeed, Free People, and Urban Outfitters are always tabs open. She has been on the Academy swim team since the seventh grade, and is looking forward to her last season. When she is not under the water, Julia is busy as the Vice President for Best Buddies club. Her favorite show on Netflix is Grey’s Anatomy. On the weekends, Julia spends quality family time and goes to the beach with friends whenever she has the chance. Although she is not sure where she wants to go to college, Julia is looking forward to it and is excited for the great new beginnings after high school. After school days, she goes to Starbucks to study and has her favorite drink: iced coffee with coconut milk. Something that she is very passionate about is Camp Stella Maris, a camp in New York where she works with children of all ages. At this camp Julia teaches them life lessons and plays fun games: shaving cream wars, mud slides, and water activities.
