Alexa Fredericks, Senior Staff Writer
Alexa Fredericks is a senior staff writer for the Achona. She is a first-year journalist and sixth-year athlete for the Academy. Fredericks will be participating in her sixth year on the Varsity Cross Country team and her fifth year on the Track and Field varsity team. When she is not running, she can be found taking Buzzfeed quizzes, looking up cooking recipes, or searching for a new wallpaper to add to her album labeled “wallpaperz”. One of the things you would not know about Fredericks is her love for shopping...for the future. She enjoys looking at wedding gowns and spends a lot of time on Baby Gap where she browses for hours. Her most valuable belonging can be found hanging on her wall: a wooden board with the quote “She believed she could, so she did.” She hopes to attend college out of state, and she hopes to study science since she has always been drawn to it.
