Kimberly Egoavil, Social Media Editor

Kimberly Egoavil is an Academy senior, social media manager, and senior writer for Achona. She is also a member of the Academy’s Track and Field and Soccer teams. Off the field, Kim juggles being involved in P.O.W.E.R., the Social Justice club, and leading the Spanish club. She also literally juggles, a skill she picked up this past summer. While she’s worried about the stress of senior year, she is also excited about being able to complete her applications and walk across the graduation stage. She’s also excited to make the Achona social media amazing and share student news with her peers. Over the course of the year, she and her brother are also on a quest to try every Mexican restaurant in the Tampa Bay area. Kim is very passionate about immigration rights, and is an immigrant herself, as she is originally from Peru. After high school, Kim hopes to work in diplomacy, with the goal of one day working for the United Nations.
