Victoria Baldor, Senior Staff Writer

Victoria Baldor is a Senior Staff Writer for Achona. She is in her second year on staff. Outside of school, Victoria is on both the cross country and track teams. She likes to get her equipment for her sports from Nike. When she is not hard at work on AP Calculus, her favorite subject, she likes to browse online through Pinterest and Nordstroms. In addition, Victoria participates in numerous service activities including Teens in Action, Metropolitan Ministries, and the Mississippi Mission Trip because she likes to see the positive reactions and faces of the people who she is helping. Victoria is greatly looking forward to graduating and leaving for college because she has been at AHN since preschool and is excited for a change. As of now, her top choice for college is the University of Georgia, and she wants to pursue a medical career. At home, Victoria is often found either watching Friends on Netflix, or whipping up some delicious meal in the kitchen. She enjoys cooking so much that her mom has not cooked her a meal in about two years. Her favorite meal to make for herself is acai bowls because they are light but very tasty. She also enjoys watching her two favorite movies: Eat Pray Love and White House Down.  This year, she hopes to write a good variety of story types for Achona.
