Adriana James-Rodil, Editor-in-Chief
Editor-in-chief, Adriana James-Rodil, is a third-year journalist for the Achona newspaper and a member of the Academy’s senior class. If James-Rodil is not composing an article (or attending the occasional Studco meeting), you may find her on the tennis court volleying with her co-captains. Or in the commons collaborating with her fellow members of the Social Justice and Speech and Debate clubs. Ever the engaged teenager, James-Rodil is a contributing writer for “Teens for Teen Health” (a developing nonprofit dedicated to conveying health information via online journalism) and an annual attendee on the Scranton mission trip. James-Rodil is also one to dabble in the arts— hence her participation in school functions including “Poetry Out Loud”, “Unplugged”, and our talent show. In her “spare” time, James-Rodil is often surrounded by the techno beats of Bad Bunny as she attempts to decompress and indulge in well-deserved TLC. At present, James-Rodil intends to enter college undecided, preferably located in the Northeast.
